I used to work for them a number of years ago, and have warned people about using them. If you have damage reports well documented and the damage was noted on the recieving inspection before signing off on the car, you should be okay. If you paid for enclosed shipment, then you should be covered by their insurance. If you only paid for their open transport coverage, and they happened to put it on the enclosed truck, then you might be a little screwed. Their coverage in that case would only cover a $250 deductible. At least thats how things were a few years ago. Good luck, and congrats on the car. The minor issues will be forgotten in the long run.
